Ingredients Of Vegan Bundt Cake

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • ¾ cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1.4 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon brewed espresso
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cups all perpose flour
  • 3/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2/3 applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda

For Forsting

½ cup vegan chocolate chips

¼ cup coconut cream

Instructions For The Vegan Bundt Cake

Preheat the oven to 355F and then spray the bundt pan with non stick cooking spray and set aside

In a medium mixing bowl sift together the dry ingredients the cocoa powder baking soda baking powder flour and saltand set aside

Then add the other wet ingredients in an a large bowl including the milk olive brown sugar vanilla white sugar and applesauce mix them well until they well combined together

Now add the bowl of mixed dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and whissk together until they well combined together Please do not over mix the both mixture

Please check the pan again because if you not spray the bundt pan the cake will sticked on the pan

Add the cake batter to the bundt pan and tap the bundt pan on the counter to remove the air bubbles and then fill in all reamaing sides with crevices

Bake the cake in the oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until a tester inserted into centre of the bundt cake and comes out clean.

When the cakes baked completely then remove the bundt pan from the oven and let the cake on the cooling racking for 15 to 20 minutes or until its cools completely

If you remove the hotter cake from the oven the edges can distory and the shape gon a shape less so remove the pan until compeletly

For Frosting

Melt the coconut cream and chocolate chips until a thick frosting form Then pour the mixture over the cake until the thick coated form
