Rainbow bundt cake

  Ingredients For Rainbow Bundt Cake 

  • 2 small size box vanilla or white cake mix
  • 2 small cup full fat sour cream
  • 1 ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 package vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ glass warm water
  • Food colors <blue, red, orange, yellow, purple, green > or according to your chose you can select colors
  • For glaze
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 medium cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 355 degrees F
  • Combine the all cake ingredients and mix them in a medium speed until they well mix. Do not over mix but you have to notice that the ingredients are completely mix to together
  • Divide cake batter evenly between six medium bowls
  • For the each bowl add 2-3 drops of food coloring and mix if you want to make the color darker then you can use according to your chose
  • Then spray a standard sized bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray
  • Starting with the red batter spoon cake batter into bottom of the pan. Then the main point the cake batter should go around the bottom of the pain  in a complete circle
  • Now carefully spoon the orange cake batter into the bandt pan placing it directly on a red cake batter again make sure its goes completely around the red batter please don’t try to mix the different colored cake batters. Then repeat the same process with the remaining colors in the following order purple blue green yellow
  • Place in oven and bake the cake for 55 to 60 minutes or a toothpick insert in to the centre of the cake and comes out clean
  • Remove the bundt pan from oven and allow to cool for15 to 20 minutes
  • Before adding glaze remove the cake form the pan and let it to be completely cools

To make the glaze

In a medium bowl place milk and powdered sugar then mix well them together. When they combine well add vanilla and stir combine. The glaze should be thin enough too spoon over the cake but the glaze should not be runny. If the glaze is too thick add some milk according to your mood

Spoon glaze over the top of the bundt cake and enjoy with your family
