  • 1 ½ cup soft butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 <8-oZ.> cheese cream package
  • 2 cups white flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 <16-oz.>dark brown sugar package
  • 2 cups baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 <8-oz.> sour cream container
  • praline icing
  • sugared pecans

instructions To Make The Praline Bundt Cake

  • preheat the oven to 355*
  • Bake 1 cup pecans on a baking sheet until toasted when they toasted remove from the oven and let them cool completely reduce the temperature to 320*
  • Mix cream cheese and butter on a medium speed with a mixer until creamy and then add brown sugar slowly slowly and beat them well until they mix well together. Then add all eggs at a time and mix them well until blended after each addition
  • Sift together 2 ½ cups flour and the next 3 ingredients. Add butter to the mixture alternatively with the sour cream, ending and start with the flour mixture
  • Beat the butter at medium speed until well mixed together after each addition. Stir the vanilla and the toasted pecans spoon batter into a greased and floured 11 cups bundt pan
  • Bake the cake in the oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake and comes out clean. Remove the bundt pan from the oven and let the cake to cools completely. Remove the cake from the oven.
  • Prepare the praline icing and spoon immediately over the cake. Sprinkle the top of the cake with sugared pecans. And enjoy with your family
