1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 ½ teaspoon baking soda

Half teaspoon salt

1 cup butter < softened form>

¾ cups walnuts chopped

1 ½ cups peeled cored and chopped or shredded

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup sugar

4 large eggs

½  light brown sugar

1 teaspoon nutmeg

3 cups white flour

For Vanilla sauce

2 cup sugar

1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup butter

Instructions To Make The Pear Bundt Cake

Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F and spray the11 inch bundt pan with non stick cooking spray

In a large mixing bowl whisk together the nutmeg baking powder soda flour cinnamon & salt

Beat the butter In the bowl  in a medium speed with hand for 1 minute Then add the both sugar mix and beat them again for 1 minute scrape down sides and then increase the speed  for 3 times for 2 to 5 minutes or until fluffy and light.

Then add all the eggs at a time and beat them for 50 seconds

Mix in vanilla bean paste and extract

Now add the flour mixture and buttermilk mix them for 3 minutes or until they well combined together

Stir in walnuts until spooning into prepared bundt pan sprinkle the chopped pears as you go then get a knife and swirl the layers together

Then bake the bundt pan In the bundt pan for 60 to 65 minutes or a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake and comes out clean

Then remove the bundt pan from the oven and let the cake on a cooling rack for 20 to 25 minutes if you remove the hotter cake the shape can destroy which is the important thing of a perfect bundt cake
