Ingredients Of Mini orange Bundt Cake   

  • 1 2/3  cups granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 ½  cup white flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • cake
  • cooking spray
  • 9  tablespoon butter
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup coconut
  • 1 ½ chopped orange slice

For glaze

  • 1 ½  tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
  • Additional ingredients

Instructions To Make Mini orange Bundt Cake

  • preheat the oven to 355F
  • spray the mini bundt pans with cooking spray.
  • in a medium bowl mix butter sugar and vanilla with a mixer in a medium speed for 3 minutes. when the mixed well together add the eggs and again beat them until well blended. lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups level with a spoon. mix baking soda flour and salt in a medium bowl stirring well. 
  • sprinkle coconuts, candy dates and nuts over flour. mix them well to disperse and coat candies. Add the sugar mixture in to flour alternately with buttermilk ending and beginning should be with flour mixture.
  • 1/3 spoon butter into each bundt pan and bake them for 20 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake and comes out clean.
  • let the bundt cake in the pan for 5 minutes. remove the cake from the pan and when the cake cools completely, brush the each cake with 3 teaspoon glaze and enjoy.

To Make The Glaze

to make the glaze combine juice and 1 ½ cup powdered sugar in a small bowl mix them well until smooth
