Here is another product of the nothing bundt cakes. But this bundt cake doesn’t contains egg most of people in the world people does not likes eggs. Because of they have health issues and many other problems. So today we have the world first dessert that does not contains eggs but this Eggless Chocolate Bundt Cake contains same flavor like other cakes. Furthermore this dessert contains chocolate flavor that gives you a royal fleeing  this bundt cake have the best recipe that you can easily make this amazing bundt cake at your home. You can use this bundt cake in your birthdays and many more celebrations. Most of people use this bundt cake for wedding anniversaries’ because the chocolate is the sign of love.

So before we start the recipe of the Eggless Chocolate Bundt Cake I want to share with you a main point to make a perfect bundt cake. please use a 10 inch bundt pan because this will give you a perfect shape and the dessert will be safe if you over bake the cake in the oven. So lets start the recipe.

Ingredients of Eggless Chocolate Bundt Cake 

  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cup milk and 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • ½ coco powder
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee

For chocolate sauce  

  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions to make the Eggless chocolate Bundt Cake

  • preheat the oven to 350F and spray the 10 inch bundt pan with non stick cooking spray
  • Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar into 1 cup of milk and shake them well and let them for 5 minutes
  • In a medium bowl mix together the cocoa powder baking powder baking soda flour and  salt mix them with a mixer in a medium speed for 5 minutes and set aside
  • Mix 1 teaspoon of coffee into 1 cup water. If you don’t want to use coffee then you can use just hot water and set aside
  • In an another mixing bowl mix  sugar sour cream and oil with a electric mixer with 5 minutes or until they mixed well then add vanilla extract and again mix the hole mixture for 3 minutes
  • To this mixture add half of the flour mixture and half of the butter milk mix them well and add the remaining flour and the buttermilk
  • mix them well for 5 minutes or until well combined
  • Then set the mixture in a bundt pan and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the bundt cake and comes out clean
  • remove the bundt pan from the oven and allow the cake for 15 to 20 minutes to cool completely once the cake cool completely remove carefully from bundt pan and glaze the dessert with chocolate sauce

To make the glaze       

  • In a medium mixing bowl mix the butter and chocolate chips and set aside
  • In a saucepan heat sugar and cream on a medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the cream is hot
  • please do not boil the cream and  then the sugar mixture and pour cream over chocolate and butter
  • mix well the mixture until the chocolate is completely mix and the sauce is smooth let the sauce cools completely
  • then pour over the bundt cake and enjoy the dessert with your family


If you want to store then you can store this dessert at room temperature for 2 weeks
