Ingredients of Cinnamon Cranberries Bundt Cake

  • 4 ounces almond paste
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/3 almond paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ baking soda
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups fresh cranberries
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup amaretto
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

For Frosting

  • Sugared cranberries almond toasted
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoon amaretto
  • 1 ½ cup confectioners sugar

Instructions To Make The Cinnamon Cranberries Bundt Cake

In a medium mixing bowl mix together the amaretto and dried cranberries and mix them well until they combined together. Then reduce heat and let them for 5 minutes to cools and set aside

In a large mixing bowl beat half of the butter almond paste and 1/3 cup sugar until they well combined together then add remaining sugar cream and butter then mix them until they well combined together Now add all the eggs at a time and beat them for 5 minutes

Then combine the flour baking soda salt and baking powder add to creamed mixture and alternately with sour cream beating well after each addition. Then fold in fresh cranberries and also fold in dried cranberries mixture. Transfer to the bundt pan

Bake the bundt pan at 325 Degrees for 55 minutes or until a tester inserted into the centre of the cakes and comes out clean. Then remove the bundt pan from the oven and let it on a cooling rack for 20 minutes to cools completely

In a medium bowl combine all the glaze ingredients and beat them well until smooth and then drizzle over the cake then desired the top with sugared sliced almonds and cranberries and enjoy with your family
