Ingredients of the Cinnamon Bundt Cake 

  • 3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon white flour  {for greasing}
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 granulated sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 cup milk
  • 3 ½  cup white flour
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream

For the glaze

  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 4 teaspoon milk { according to need }
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese <softened>

Instructions To Make The Cinnamon Bundt Cake 

  • In a small mixing bowl combine cinnamon and brown sugar mix them well and set  aside
  • Preheat the oven to 360 F and spray the bundt pan with non stick spray and shake a tablespoon of the white flour around the bundt pan.
  • In a medium bowl mix the brown sugar , granulated sugar butter oil salt and cream with a electric mixer until they well mix together
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract one at a time beating well in between each addition. Then add sour cream and beat them for 5 minutes or until they well mix together
  • Sift baking powder cinnamon and flour into batter then add milk halfway through folding
  • scoop half the batter into the bundt pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly on the top. Then again scoop the remaining batter over the mixture
  • Bake the bundt  pan in the preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bundt cake  and comes out clean.
  • Remove the bundt pan from the oven and let it to be cools completely  when the cake cools completely slowly remove the cake from the pan and let cools completely and prepare the glaze

To make the glaze

  • In a small mixing bowl combine  butter cream cheese salt and icing sugar beat them with a electric mixer for 5 minutes or until they combined together
  • Add milk and vanilla and mix them until they well mix together
  • Pour the glaze over the bundt cake and let set for 15 minutes
  • Then enjoy the cake with your family
