  • 1 box vanilla cake mix <15.24oz>
  • 3 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cup warm water
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cherry fruit filling <21oz>
  • 1/3 cup musselman’s  apple sauce <unsweetened>

For Frosting

  • ½ tablespoon butter softened
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions To Make The Cherry Bundt Cake

  • Heat the oven to 355 degrees F and spray the pan with a non stick spray. Set aside
  • In a mixing bowl beat the apple sauce oil sour cream vanilla and eggs beat them with a electric mixer until they well combined together
  • Spread 50% of the butter into the prepared bundt pan. Then spread batter on the middle and sides of the bundt pan for creating a slight shape
  • This is the main step because in this step spoon the cherry fruit filling onto the batter. Please do not touch the sides because it can damage the shape of the bundt cake
  • When you done the whole process then bake the bundt pan in the oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until a spoon inserted into the centre of the cake and comes out cleans
  • After baking the cake in the oven remove the pan from the oven and let the pan on a cooling rack for 20 minutes or until its cools completely.
