You can easily use blueberry in the desserts and also you can use frozen blueberries in the bundt cake and the last and most important thing  to make perfect bundt  cake at home you must have a bundt pan which are also available on amazon so now lets start the recipe of blueberry bundt cake

Ingredients of blueberry bundt cake

2  1/3 cup  white flour

2 ½ table spoon baking powder

1 ½ table spoon salt

1/3 table spoon baking soda

1 medium cup butter

3 large eggs

1 ½ cup sour cream

2 large cups blueberries

For glaze

2 cup powdered white sugar

1/5  cup milk

1 table spoon vanilla


1 preheat the oven to 355 F  grease and flour bundt pan and set inside

2 in a large bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment butter the cream and sugar together on  high speed until they mix well  when they mixed  well add eggs one by one for 2 minutes then add in the sour cream and beat until a smooth mixer formed

3 this is the most important step to make a perfect bundt cake  in a bowl combine the baking soda flour baking  powder and salt add the flour mixture in to the wet mixture and stir until the flour is incorporated fold in the blueberries  

4 pour the batter into bundt pan and set in to preheated oven and bake 80 to 85 minutes or until a toothpick insert in to the center and comes out clean and then remove from oven and let it to 20 minutes to  cool. When the cake is completely cools turn it on a plate

5 to make the glaze mix the ingredients together in a bowl and mix them until smooth

Add milk a teaspoon at a time if the glaze is too thick and then drizzle glaze over top Garnish with the blueberries. And then enjoy the cake.
