Ingredients To Make The Sesame Bundt Cake   

  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • Black food coloring
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup black sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 ½ white flour < but you can use all flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ cups soften butter

For The Glaze  

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups black seedless grapes
  • 1/8 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions To Make The Sesame Bundt Cake

  • Preheat the oven to 355F and spray the bundt pan with the non stick cooking spray and also take care to reach the cooking spray all the crease
  • In a medium mixing bowl mix the baking powder, flour, baking soda, and salt set aside
  • With a food processor blend ¾ cup of redpath granulated sugar and the black sesame seeds to a powder and whisk in to the flour mixture
  • With an electric mixer beat the butter and remaing 1 cup granulated sugar on a medium speed for 5 minutes or until they well combined to together.
  • Add the all eggs at a time and mix them well until well mixed together
  • Then mix well in vanilla
  • Slow the speed at low and add 1/3 of the flour mixture to the butter butter mixture with the milk and scraping down the sides of the bowl the edges of the bowl as necessary until all ingredients are combined
  • Then transfer the batter to the bundt pan and then add tap a few times on the counter to release any big air bubbles
  • Bake the cake In the oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in to the centre of the bundt cake and comes out clean then allow the cake to cools completely before the glazing

·        To Make The Glaze    

  • Place the grapes lemon zest and water in a small pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer. crash the grapes to release the juices and allow the mixture to simmer until reduced to 1 cup
  • Then allow the grape mixture to cools completely and then add the icing sugar mix until smooth
  • Pour the glaze over the cake and allow to dry completely and once its cool then enjoy it
