Ingredients Of Banana Bundt Cake

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 cups white flour
  • 4 overripe bananas <fresh>
  • ¼ granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

For Frosting

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • walnuts chopped
  • 1 cup sugar < powdered sugar>
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted soft butter
  • 4 ounce cream cheese

Instructions To Make The Banana Bundt Cake

  • Preheat the oven to 360’F and spray the bundt pan with non stick cooking oil
  • In a medium bowl whisk together baking soda flour and salt mix them for 3 minutes or until they well mix together
  • Mix the bananas with a fork
  • Use a electric mixer and mix the both sugars flour and salt until well mix together and stir in the mashed vanilla and bananas add all the eggs at a time and beat the whole mixture until they well mixed together
  • Mix in sour cream and the flour mixture with a electric mixer beat them for 2 minutes or until its just comes together.
  • Pour butter into prepared bundt pan and bake the for 60 minutes or until a tester inserted to the centre of the cake and comes out clean.
  • Remove the bundt pan form the oven and let it for 20 minutes to be cools completely if you remove the hotter cake the shape will destroy which is the main thing of a bundt cake.

To Make The Frosting  

  • Mix the cream cheese and butter . In a small mixing bowl mix the salt powdered sugar  vanilla and mix them for 2 minutes or until they well combined together
  • And in last spread over the cake and then store in the refrigerator for the 20 minutes and then enjoy with your family
